  • An hour-long meeting with our job search consultant/recruiter to discuss your situation and desired outcomes for your next career role
  • A written list of core competencies, skills, and keywords to use to best showcase your experience as a viable candidate, prepared by the consultant and delivered to prior to the debrief call
  • A 30-min three-way call with the job search consultant, resume writer, and you to debrief and confirm your positioning strategy to best emphasize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses in your resume and LinkedIn profile. This call is recorded for your future use.

Note: This service is only available once you have clarity about your career direction. You must provide your current resume and LinkedIn profile, as well as 1-3 job postings that represents the type of position being sought.

Celia has a successful track record of providing contract recruitment, executive search, and consulting to a range of global and multinational clients and emerging start-ups. She is skilled at working across multiple industries, including: software/technology, Internet, consumer products, e-commerce, banking/financial services, consulting, and sustainability-related industries.

Celia’s dedication and creative approach to managing the search process, and her deep expertise in attracting and assessing talent, brings success to the delivery of optimal candidates for each role. She’s a collaborative leader with a dynamic consultative and customer-focused style—for both her clients and candidates.

Before starting her business in 1996, Celia spent over 11 years in human resources, recruiting, and career development. She was a staffing manager for a prominent global banking institution, and has held recruitment roles for other industries, including: healthcare, retail, finance, and technology. Her consultancy background includes career transition services and managing job development functions for a major outplacement firm and for nonprofit organizations. Celia holds a Masters of Arts in Human Resources Management.
