Merideth’s career as an executive coach and career strategist began in 2004, and draws on her 15 years of corporate and start-up experience in recruiting, IT project, and product management, including senior roles at Matson Navigation, Adecco, GT Nexus, and Vivant Corporation, servicing the staffing, technology, and supply chain arenas.

A specialist in career strategy and executive leadership development, Merideth has worked with top companies and executives to transform careers and lives. She has crafted her expertise into a proprietary approach that helps define purpose, enlists practical methods, and generates authentic results that align with her clients’ core values. Known for her optimistic and uplifting style, Merideth inspires positive change, facilitating employment engagement from the inside out. She is the author of the soon-to-be published book Livelyhood, detailing her philosophy and insights.

Merideth holds the highest designation in the coaching industry, the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, with the International Coach Federation. She received her Organizational Coaching Certification from John F. Kennedy University and a B.A. in Social Science from UC Berkeley.

In her role as a Market Positioning Consultant, she is a dynamic advisor for executives looking to enhance their personal narrative, identify core competencies and areas of expertise, and tailor their messaging to the job market. Celia is a strategic talent acquisition leader with a proven track record of success for leading a recruitment practice supporting global companies and emerging start-ups. Leveraging her knowledge of building and scaling companies, with a warmth and respect for the hiring experience, Celia fosters creative and intentional solutions for our clients.

Deborah Brown-Volkman

Career Coach and Resume Writer

A career development expert, Deborah guides clients to find better jobs, deal with challenges in the workplace, and become healthy and happy in their work and life. She is a nationally recognized writer and resource on jobs and careers, having been featured on CNN, MSNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and The New York Times among others. Deborah’s specialties include career transition, workforce strategy, work/life blend, leadership, and communications. She also shares her expertise on effective job search techniques including resume preparation, LinkedIn profiles, mock interviews, networking, offer evaluation, and salary negotiation. Deborah holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and is a Certified Wellness Coach (CWC).

Nancy Rothstein

Nancy believes that the right image is a powerful marketing tool. As a photographer, she designs images to set you apart, establish your credibility, and present you at your best. Nancy works closely with our executive clients, using a signature process to help them define their message and determine the best visual strategy to support their brand. She has been creating dynamic images professionally for over 15 years, with an extensive client list that includes Lean In, Morgan Stanley, Williams-Sonoma, HNTB, Suite Seven, Coldwell Banker, My Fitness Pal, and Bender’s Whiskey.

Kevin Mehlberg

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin is a seasoned project management expert and strategic thinker. His experience combines years as a senior manager overseeing marine terminal operations and designing transportation facilities, with an educational background in industrial engineering. Kevin brings a keen observational eye to his work as Chief Operating Officer, providing support and ensuring the efficiency of our in-house team, while overseeing systems development, process improvement, and financial management for the company. He also provides customer service support for our clients, making sure they have the right tools to achieve their goals.

Lynn Landry

Marketing and Project Specialist

Lynn’s diverse experience in account and project management, marketing, fundraising, and writing for engineering start-ups, research, energy, higher education, and professional coaching conmpanies helps stay agile and find innovative solutions in a fast-changing world. Lynn oversees our marketing activities and develops outreach content and materials that connect us with our community.
