I love that Merideth keeps me focused on this really difficult exercise, because — especially with high-achieving people who often love to share their advice — it’s much more valuable to question the question. Her skill in doing this is what not only makes her a great facilitator but the best coach I’ve ever had. She keeps questioning until the true root issue is revealed.
